Pool Parties


Only CSC Members may host a party or special event at the pool this summer!

If you are not a CSC Member, please consider joining our club to host a party.


Have a blast and make memories! A pool party isn’t just the best day of the entire summer, it’s practically a rite of passage!

Pool Party Rules

  1. Every party must have a Party Host, who is a member of the pool in good standing.  That member will be responsible for the party attendees.
  2. All pool parties shall be scheduled at least two weeks in advance.
  3. A $25 non-refundable reservation fee is collected to reserve the date.
  4. Pool parties must be a minimum of 2 hours. If a party is longer than 3 hours, pricing will be provided at time of scheduling.
  5. Pool Members are responsible for cleaning up all food and trash.
  6. Large parties. Parties of 41 or more people have to be held before or after normal pool operating hours. Subject to lifeguard availability.
  7. Small parties. Parties of 40 or fewer people can be held during normal pool operating hours. Pool party fees still apply.
  8. The first pergola and a grill will be reserved for the parties.
  9. The pool, basketball/volleyball courts and kiddie pool pergola are for all pool members to use, not just party members.
  10. One adult chaperone must be present for every 4 children less than 12 years of age.
  11. All evening parties must end by 11 PM.
  12. All Adult Parties must be held after hours regardless of the size of the party (9-11 PM).
  13. Alcohol IS NOT permitted inside the fenced pool area.
  14. All of the pool rules apply to all parties.
  15. The Party Host may request cancellation without charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the event. If cancellation is requested with less than 24 hours’ notice, the Party Host will be responsible for the full price for the event. Refunds for weather-related or similar cancellations/postponements will be 50% of the event price. So if you see questionable weather in the forecast, reschedule the party before the 24 hour notice.


All parties require a $25 non-refundable deposit to reserve the party in addition to the below amount.
Rates below for parties during operating pool hours, party size cannot exceed 40 people.
  • Parties of 11-20 for 2 hours = $200
  • Parties of 11-20 for 3 hours = $300
  • Parties of 11-20 for 4 hours = $400
  • Parties of 21-40 for 2 hours =  $300
  • Parties of 21-40 for 3 hours = $450
  • Parties of 21-40 for 4 hours = $600

  • Parties of 1-20 for 2 hours = $325
  • Parties of 1-20 for 3 hours = $475
  • Parties of 21-40 for 2 hours =  $475
  • Parties of 21-40 for 3 hours = $700
  • Parties of 41-60 for 2 hours =  $625
  • Parties of 41-60 for 3 hours = $925
  • Parties of 61-80 for 2 hours = $775 (Upon board approval)
  • Parties of 61-80 for 3 hours = $1,150 (Upon board approval)

Party Policies:

  • All persons using the pool facilities during private rental functions do so at their own risk and in compliance with all rules and regulations. (You can view the list of rules and regulations for the Chancellor Swim Club by downloading the CSC Pool Rules. A link to the rules is available at the bottom of this page.)
  • The lifeguard in charge is responsible for the strict enforcement of all regulations which are a part of this contract. He/she has the authority to suspend the rental activities for violation of these regulations or for any other reason which, in his/her judgment, constitutes a hazard to persons or property. If a function must be terminated for such reasons, no portion of the rental fee is refundable, and Chancellor Swim Club, Inc. is not liable for any other costs or damages incurred by the renter. The lifeguard in charge will immediately notify the Directors with regard to enforcement actions.
  • Chancellor Swim Club will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal property of any kind or for any bodily injury resulting from the use of these facilities.
